Instructions –
TD-RE were appointed by the freeholder to oversee the works from a license to alter prespective at this terraced mansion in Kensington and Chelsea. TD-RE undertook a desktop review of the works and requested additional information where required. We then monitored the works onsite ensuring they were undertaking in accordance with the license to alter document.
