37 Gray’s Inn Road was complete in September 2024. This ambitious build included retaining the historic facade, adding a new rear elevation and footprint extension, roof extension, underpinning, new lift, new windows, and a reimagined shopfront, plus a full shell and core finish for the retail space on the ground and lower ground floors.

With three planning applications, securing permissions and updating the fire strategy in line with the new Building Regulation Part B whilst on-site, this project was testing, but with a solid team effort, we achieved incredible results.
